MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS 
Many Feliz Y Arte physical products are produced after an order is placed. By submitting an order, you acknowledge that production may begin specifically for your selected item, variant, size, color, design, or personalization. 
 
PRODUCT APPEARANCE 
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and designs accurately. Screen settings, garment dye lots, print placement tolerances, material texture, and production methods can create minor variations that do not materially change the product. 
 
CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED INFORMATION 
You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, wording, size, color, address, and other selections before purchase. Requests to correct customer-supplied information are not guaranteed after production begins. 
 
DIGITAL PRODUCTS 
Digital products are governed by the Feliz Y Arte Digital Product Policy & License in addition to these Terms. Unauthorized resale, redistribution, sharing, or commercial exploitation is prohibited unless an applicable product listing expressly grants those rights. 
 
FINAL SALE / STATUTORY RIGHTS 
Made-to-order physical products and delivered digital products are final sale as described in the Return & Refund Policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
