Shipping policy

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS 
Feliz Y Arte physical products are made to order. Processing/production begins after your order is accepted and payment is confirmed. Estimated production time: 1-2.5 Days. Estimated carrier transit after production: 2-5 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. 
 
UNITED STATES SHIPPING 
Available U.S. shipping methods, rates, and estimated transit times are shown at checkout based on the items in your cart and destination. Shipping charges are calculated before you submit payment. 
 
MULTIPLE PACKAGES 
Items in the same order may be produced or fulfilled from different locations and may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers. 
 
TRACKING 
When tracking is available, we send tracking information after the applicable item ships. Carrier scans can take time to update after a label is created. 
 
ADDRESS ACCURACY 
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact info.feliz.y.arte@gmail.com immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after production or fulfillment begins. Additional costs caused by an incorrect customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law. 
 
DELAYS / LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES 
Carrier delays can occur after an order leaves production. If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss, or delivery problem, contact info.feliz.y.arte@gmail.com with your order number so we can help investigate. For damaged deliveries, retain the item and packaging and provide photos when requested. 
 
INTERNATIONAL PHYSICAL SHIPPING 
Physical products are currently shipped only to eligible U.S. destinations. International customers may purchase eligible digital products. 
 
If international physical shipping is activated later, this section will be updated to identify available destinations and explain duties, taxes, import fees, and delivery expectations. 
 
DIGITAL PRODUCTS 
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not incur physical shipping charges. Delivery instructions and access links are provided through the method described on the product page and order communications.
