Digital products sold by Feliz Y Arte are licensed, not transferred with copyright ownership. Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. 
 
YOU MAY 
• Download and save the purchased file for your own personal use. 
• Print the file for your own personal use where the product format is intended to be printed. 
• Make reasonable backup copies for your own use. 
 
YOU MAY NOT 
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, gift, upload, or make the digital file available to other people or shared/public repositories. 
• Sell printed copies, templates, extracts, graphics, prompts, layouts, or derivative products made from the file unless the product listing expressly includes a commercial-use license. 
• Claim the design, writing, artwork, or file as your own. 
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or licensing notices for redistribution. 
 
DELIVERY AND ACCESS 
Digital files are delivered electronically. Keep your order email and download information. If a file is corrupted, inaccessible, or not delivered as described, contact info.feliz.y.arte@gmail.com. 
 
FINAL SALE 
Digital products are final sale after successful access or delivery except where applicable law requires otherwise. 
 
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 
All rights not expressly granted remain with Feliz Y Arte and/or the applicable rights holder. Third-party fonts, graphics, photographs, illustrations, or other licensed assets remain subject to their applicable upstream licenses. 
 
NON-WAIVABLE RIGHTS 
Nothing in this license or policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.
